Salty Conduct Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please continue to read what qualifies as returnable and non-returnable.

Returnable Items - To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be misprinted, damaged, or defective. The item(s) also have to be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Non-returnable items - Items will not be returned due to buyer's remorse or an incorrect size. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

To Start a Return - To start a return, you can contact us at contact.saltyconduct.com. Do not return any items prior to contacting us.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact.saltyconduct.com.
